ONLINE Beer Tasting with Tox Brewing Company Online
Join us as we host Tox Brewing Company for a beer tasting in the comfort of your home. Dayne, the "house toxicologist", will join us and present a Toxicology 101 talk with some of the background behind the bioactive plants and mushrooms that inspire their beer names and labels. He'll "talk shop" a bit and discuss the science of beer making, building a brewery, and poison dart frogs! This should be fun!
Beers: Mantis - a CT table beer; Overview Effect - English style ale with Earthly ingredients and space traveled yeast; Tropical Frog - IPA; Deadly Nightshade - American stout aged on our house roasted coffee
