Bookbinding 101: make and take a book home! In-Person
This workshop introduces participants to a brief history of the book, focusing on the pamphlet. Each student will select their materials and be guided through the process of sewing a pamphlet step-by-step. Along the way we will discuss related vocabulary words and various techniques for continuing the practice at home. Our instructor will bring along various tools and materials for a "show and tell" time that allows participants to ask questions about bookbinding and book repair.
Registration is required as space is limited.
